Will Package

This can be done for an individual or a couple. All items are done for each person whether single or a couple. These items include a will, HCPOA, DGPOA, and tangible personal property statement. 

Trust Administration

Includes publication, notice to creditors, inventory, distribution and termination of trust. 

Trust Package

This can be done for a single person or a couple. It includes a certificate of trust, DGPOA, HCPOA, personal property assignment, pour over will, revocable living trust, tangible personal property and warranty deed. If for a couple the DGPOA, HCPOA, pour over will and tangible personal property statement is for each person.

Tax Liens

This includes 30-day letters, filing and following it through to judgment.

Probate

Includes but is not limited to application for personal representative, filing proof of inventory of the estate, notice sent to heirs, publication, distributions, and then closing of the estate.
